Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing pk68 is lawful in their jurisdiction within Pakistan or elsewhere before registering or depositing.
All pk68 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Users accept all applicable payment method terms in addition to these terms.
Each individual may hold only one active pk68 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual wagering requirements. Abuse of promotional terms, including bonus abuse, constitutes a breach entitling pk68 to void winnings.
pk68 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk68 ("pk68", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk68 website located at https://pk68.bio, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or engaging with any pk68 service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any pk68 service. pk68 operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. pk68 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued by an underage user may be voided and the account permanently closed.

To register a pk68 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are required to notify pk68 promptly of any changes to your registered details.
Each individual person may hold only one active pk68 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, whether using different names, addresses, mobile numbers, or email addresses, are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk68 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances therein.
pk68 is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification. pk68 may at its discretion request verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk68 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party.
pk68 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pk68 support immediately via the live chat channel or by email to the support address listed in these Terms.
pk68 recommends that users avoid accessing the Platform over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks. Accessing pk68 over public networks in locations such as cafes or shared internet facilities increases the risk of credential interception. pk68 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from account access over insecure networks.
pk68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk68 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period and are displayed within the Platform's Deposit section at the time of transaction. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited immediately. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank processing times and may take between one and three business days to reflect in your pk68 balance.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. pk68 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for withdrawals above specified thresholds. Processing times for withdrawal requests vary by payment channel and are displayed within the Platform.
pk68 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Funds deposited from payment accounts not registered in your own name may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
All bets placed on the pk68 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant market, competition, or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules governing that bet. pk68 publishes applicable rules within the relevant section of the Platform.
pk68 reserves the right to void, cancel, or recalculate bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, system errors, or evidence of fraud or bet manipulation. Settlement decisions made by pk68 are final subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12.
Live in-play bets on cricket, PSL fixtures, and other sports markets are accepted subject to system availability and the specific live betting rules for each market. pk68 shall not be liable for bets placed after an event has concluded where the Platform has not yet reflected the final outcome due to data delays.
Casino games and slot titles available on pk68 are governed by the rules of the respective game. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are theoretical long-run values and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics conducted by live dealers and are not subject to RNG manipulation by pk68.
pk68 may offer bonuses, free spins, betting credits, Coin rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered users. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games or markets, and minimum odds restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms when a promotion is accepted.
Bonuses are issued in good faith for legitimate recreational use. pk68 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and associated withdrawals if it determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting pricing errors, coordinating bet patterns across accounts, or otherwise engaging in conduct inconsistent with legitimate recreational gaming.
The pk68 Coin challenge system and Rewards tier programme are subject to programme terms published within the Coin and Rewards sections of the Platform. pk68 reserves the right to modify or discontinue these programmes with reasonable notice.

Engagement in prohibited conduct will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
All content on the pk68 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets, and data compilations, is the proprietary property of pk68 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the pk68 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of pk68.
The pk68 name, logo, and branding are trademarks of pk68. Unauthorised use of pk68 trademarks, including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials, is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, data loss, or the actions of third-party service providers.
pk68's total aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that user in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk68 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk68 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, it does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, and circumstances beyond pk68's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
pk68 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides all registered users with access to deposit limit controls, session time reminders, betting history records, and a self-exclusion facility. These tools are accessible from within your pk68 account settings at any time.
If you believe that your gaming activity is causing financial or personal harm, pk68 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion facility or contact pk68 support to discuss available options. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible within the exclusion period specified at the time of request.

pk68 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an account due to a user's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Upon voluntary account closure or closure due to inactivity, any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable fees disclosed at the time of closure.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the pk68 Platform, users are requested to contact pk68 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of written notice to pk68 support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the arbitration rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk68 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in circumstances where such relief is necessary to protect pk68's legitimate interests.
